Rachelle Etienne-Robinson

Rachelle Etienne-Robinson is a multi-talented creative. Rachelle was born in Queens, NY, and raised in Fairfax, VA. Her love for the arts developed in middle school and led her to further her education, obtaining a BFA in Fashion Design from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. Rachelle’s experience spans the fields of design, fashion, media, events, education, film, and arts administration. She has worked for various organizations like Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, the Knot Inc., the District of Columbia Public Schools, the Arts Council of Fairfax County, and the Black Dress Exhibit. In 2017, she and her husband founded Substantial Art & Music, a multimedia organization focused on providing consulting services to the visual and performing arts community. Rachelle joined the CVPA team in January 2022.
