Building on the legacy of the former Prince William County Arts Council, the Hylton Performing Arts Center and Prince William County are proud to join forces to co-sponsor the annual Arts Alive! Festival—returning this fall to the Hylton Center on Saturday, September 12 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This annual, family-friendly arts festival showcases community performers and fine artists from across the region, including a special performance headliner. Enjoy activities for kids and adults alike, multiple stages of performances, hands-on workshops, a storytime nook with special guest readers, food trucks, a vendor village, and more! Come out and celebrate your local arts community!

Community vendors and performers may apply to participate. For priority consideration, apply by May 22, 2026. Applications close June 15, 2026.
