Hylton Performing Arts Center Spring Internship
This position will work with the Hylton Performing Arts Marketing and Special Projects Manager in person, as well as with CVPA marketing staff (remotely), to promote Spring 2017 events at the Hylton Center. This internship is intended to be project-based, focusing on marketing efforts targeting the most likely audiences for each fall Hylton Presents, Hylton Family Series, and Matinee Idylls event. Other projects and tasks may involve marketing and public relations projects including duties such as community outreach branding initiatives, coordination with Resident Arts Partners, proofreading and editing copy and press releases, archival duties, developing grassroots database contacts, writing/posting of social media content, and marketing material distribution. Scheduling is somewhat flexible. Internship is unpaid.
