Cabaret is a fierce musical that holds the mirror up to life as experienced in Berlin from 1929 to 1930. Following a naive writer, a dazzling singer, and a mesmerizing master of ceremonies, Cabaret takes place in a time of transition for Germany after WWI, revealing the avant garde underground of Berlin and the rise of the Nazis. This musical explores not just the turmoil of Berlin, but the mayhem that can arise in the lives of people who love one another.
This production contains mature themes and situations that may not be suitable for all audiences.
