James Villani, conductor and artistic director for the Manassas Symphony Orchestra (MSO), will talk about the history of the orchestra and the program for the MSO’s opening concert, “Silver Celebration.” He will challenge us to consider the value of an all- volunteer community symphonic orchestra and the optimum distribution of county resources.
